Level B1-B2 means here: The vocabulary and the grammar of the texts correspond mainly to proficiency level B1, besides that there are more complex sentences and vocabulary of level B2. Very rarely there may appear even more difficult words or structures, but those won’t affect the overall comprehension of the story.
